Digest history
Every daily digest is saved in the app. Growth keeps 90 days and Pro keeps 1 year. What each saved digest shows, and what a plan change does to it.
StockDigest saves every daily digest under Digest history in the app. Growth keeps 90 days of digests and Pro keeps 1 year. A cleanup runs every night and deletes digests older than your current plan allows.
What’s saved
One digest a day, built at your digest time while your store has an active plan. It’s saved whether or not an email went out: on days with nothing to report, no email is sent, but that day’s digest is still in Digest history.
The “Open today’s digest” button in each digest email opens that day’s saved digest in the app.
The history list
Digest history lists your digests, newest first.

| Urgent | Products that were out of stock or would run out before restock. |
| Need attention | Every product flagged that day, including low ones. |
| Not selling | Products in that day’s not-selling report. |
| Highlights | Whether that day’s digest had AI highlights. |
Under the list, the app says how long your plan keeps digests, for example “Digests are kept for 90 days. Pro keeps 1 year.”
A saved digest
Opening a date shows the digest as it was that morning: the highlights, the flagged products grouped by supplier (in stock, sells per day, days left, on the way and reorder), the by-location list on Pro stores with 2 or more locations, and the not-selling list.
The page reminds you: “As of that morning. Stock and sales have changed since; the dashboard shows today’s numbers.” For live numbers, open the Dashboard.
A saved digest keeps up to 500 flagged products, most urgent first. If there were more, it says how many.
How long digests are kept

The nightly cleanup goes by the plan your store is on when the cleanup runs, not the plan it had when each digest was made.
When you change plans
Pro to Growth. At the next nightly cleanup, digests older than 90 days are deleted. They can’t be brought back, even if you move to Pro again later.
Growth to Pro. From then on, digests are kept for 1 year, so your history grows past 90 days over time. Digests already deleted under Growth don’t come back.
Uninstalling. All digests are deleted along with the rest of your store’s data. If you reinstall, history starts again from empty. See Your data, and what happens when you uninstall.
