How does the free trial work?
Both plans start with 14 days free. After the trial, Shopify bills the plan on your regular Shopify bill. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your regular Shopify bill, and Shopify handles payment and invoices. Prices are in US dollars.
Is the price per product, order or location?
No. It's a flat monthly price per store, however many products, orders or locations you have.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from the app. Moving to Pro turns on instant alerts and stock per location, and imports 60 days of sales for each location. Moving back to Growth keeps 90 days of digest history. Plans and billing
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Billing stops and everything stored for your store is deleted. What happens when you uninstall
