One click per supplier
Every supplier with something to reorder gets a Copy order button under its table on the Dashboard. It copies the order as plain text: one line per product, with the amount, the product's name and its SKU if it has one.
Paste it into an email to the supplier, or use it to fill in a purchase order in Shopify, and order the way you do today.
What goes in the order
- The suggested reorder for each product, the same number as the Dashboard's Reorder column.
- Stock on the way is already taken off. Waxed Canvas Tote · Olive has 24 on the way, so its line asks for 15, not more.
- Products with nothing to reorder are left out. Terracotta Planter · Small is low but has enough for now, so the order to Northfield Ceramics has 3 lines, not 4.
- The SKU is added in brackets when the product has one.
Suppliers come from each product's Vendor field, and you can set a different one for any product. More in ordering from suppliers.
Export to a spreadsheet
Two buttons at the top right of the Dashboard save a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

Export reorder list
The products on the Dashboard: out of stock, running out before a restock could arrive, or low. Grouped by supplier.
Export all products
Every active product that tracks inventory (not gift cards), up to 10,000 variants, with its forecast. Products that are fine show "OK" and an empty Reorder cell.
Why a list, not a purchase order
Shopify doesn't let apps create purchase orders, so StockDigest can't place one for you. It works out what and how many, and Copy order is the step from "reorder 45" to an order you can send.
If you use Shopify's purchase orders, type the amounts in from the list. Once the transfer is marked in transit, StockDigest counts the stock as on the way and takes it off the next reorder.

Which plan includes it?
Both. Copy order and the CSV exports are part of Growth and Pro.
Does StockDigest create purchase orders or email my suppliers?
No. Shopify doesn't let apps create purchase orders, and StockDigest never contacts your suppliers. Copy order gives you the list, and you paste it into your own email or purchase order.
Why is a product missing from the copied order?
Its suggested reorder is 0, usually because enough is already on the way or it has plenty for its lead time and cover days. It stays in the supplier's table, just not in the order.
Will the CSV open in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. The file is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so product names with characters like · show correctly in both.
How many products can I export?
Export all products covers every active product that tracks inventory (not gift cards), up to 10,000 variants. Export reorder list has the products on the Dashboard.
Can I change which supplier a product is under?
Yes. Suppliers come from the Vendor field, and you can set a different one for any product in Settings. Suppliers and the Vendor field
